Every plan is a voluntary handler identification service. Carrying our card or showing the digital pass does not grant your dog access rights under the Equal Status Acts 2000-2018. The Equal Status Acts give those rights to teams whose dog is trained to perform tasks related to a disability,regardless of registration. We are not affiliated with the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC), IHREC, any Government body, or any assistance-dog charity.

What's the difference between Basic and Premium? +

Basic is digital-only: your live verification profile, ID Lookup, your rights across Ireland, and scan logging. Premium adds the physical kit posted to your door: 2 Assistance Dog ID cards (QR + NFC), a leather card holder, a lanyard and 3 dog tags.

How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work? +

Choose a plan and complete checkout as normal. If it is not right for you within 30 days, return your physical kit unused and we will refund you in full. Digital-only registrations are refundable within 30 days. (The kit must come back unused so we can cover the cost of the cards, lanyard and tags.)

Lifetime really means lifetime? +

Yes. The Lifelong Partner Pack (€129.50) is a one-time payment. No subscription, no renewal. We commit to honoring this for as long as our parent company NS Design ID Cards is operational. All future digital features are included.

Can I upgrade from monthly to lifetime? +

What about physical cards? +

Premium includes the dog card kit (2 Assistance Dog ID cards, leather holder, lanyard, 3 dog tags). The Lifelong Partner Pack (€129.50) includes the full kit: 2 dog ID cards, 2 handler ID cards, 3 dog tags, 1 lanyard, and 2 leather card holders. Basic is digital-only.

Do you support Apple Wallet or Google Wallet? +

Not yet. Wallet passes are planned, but today the live product is a mobile verification profile that can be opened on your phone and saved to your home screen.

What if my subscription lapses? +

Your verification page shows a red EXPIRED banner after a 7-day grace period. Reactivate anytime by resuming the subscription,your profile data is preserved.

Refund policy? +

Subscriptions: cancel anytime from your dashboard, no further charges. Lifetime and physical-kit plans: 30-day money-back when you return the kit unused. Digital-only registrations: refundable within 30 days.
