I suffer from asthma and sometimes have attacks where I cannot get to my inhaler in time and possibly pass out unable to breathe. Biscuit is getting introduced to my inhaler and is being thought to fetch it when needed , she can sense my attacks and sits with me and can help me regulate my breathing if it's not a major attack by simply stroking her and taking deep breaths.
